When submitting a request please include the following details:

  • Description of tattoo

  • Location of tattoo

  • Size of tattoo (in inches)

  • Color or Black and Gray

  • Please indicate if this will be a cover-up

Booking policies

Submitting a request does not guarantee you an appointment. Once your request is received I will email you to further discuss your idea and booking. Deposits are required for all appointments and go towards the final cost of your tattoo. Deposits are non refundable and non transferable to another client or artist. Everyone receives one curtesy reschedule. If you need to reschedule your appointment you must contact me at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you cancel, do not show, or give less than a 48 hour notice of reschedule you forfeit your deposit.  In order to rebook a new deposit will be required. Any client more than 15 min late, without contacting me, will forfeit their deposit and your appointment will be canceled. If you are a no-call  no-show you will be banned from booking with me in the future.   Please limit your guest to one. Photo I.D. Is required. EVERYONE must have ID. You must be 18 or older to get tattooed. I DO NOT TATTOO ANYONE UNDER 18.

*COVER-UPs*

I do not accept all cover-ups, tattoo or scar. I only take on projects  that I am 100% confident in executing. A consult will be required for all cover-up requests.
